Gordon’s Design Notes In looking over my jewelry offerings, I concluded I needed to add some yellow gold pieces to the necklace and pendant jewelry category. After considering my options, I decided the quickest and easiest way to accomplish this was to acquire some pieces already made by another designer. For years, I admired the gemstone cutting ability of Ben Kho, who has won numerous gemstone cutting awards. I contacted him to see what he had in the way of necklaces and pendants set in yellow gold. When I saw this necklace, I was immediately attracted by the unique cut of the peridot. I thought Ben’s creative cutting style made this a truly unique necklace which I wanted to add to my collection.
