"I wanted to create a ring which conspicuously featured both white and yellow gold metals. Uncharacteristically, I decided to reinforce the metal color difference by using diamonds, not colored gemstones. I chose to create a white gold crown with the shank in yellow gold. Lovely, colorless diamonds were selected and positioned to create sparkle, yet blend with the ring’s white gold crown. This ring will not be ignored."
